How does your pricing work?

You purchase transcription credit up front, at a rate determined by your pricing plan.

When transcribing, we subtract the file duration (not the time it takes to transcribe it) from your transcription time credit, to the second.

Credits do not expire.

What is the difference between your plans?

Both plans are pay-as-you-go plans

You purchase transcription hours (credit) up front and use them as you need them.

Transcription credit never expires.

Pay as you go

Pay as you go PRO

Get 60% off on transcription credit when you pay for an annual license.

It is not a yearly subscription but a one-time payment for an annual license. Since it does not automatically renew - we'll let you know in advance when it's time to renew it.

Ideal if you have higher volume transcription needs.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations?

Yes, we offer a discount for nonprofits on our PRO plan yearly fee.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. Before making a purchase you can try Ebby for free and decide if it meets your needs.

If you encountered an issue that we could not resolve, we can refund you with transcription credit.
